I truly agree with J. C. Maxwell when he says that we all like to win but he’s not sure if we are all willing to put in the effort to win. A successful person realizes that it’s all about practice and process.
When I teach, I realize that most people just want the magic formula for success. However, there’s no such thing. Anything worthwhile is due to lots of practice and hard work.
Teaching and coaching are great examples of the importance of helping students gain confidence and success through daily practice. As educators and coaches we are helping our protégés build important skills and habits to become successful.
Anybody can be good once in a while. And to be good regularly, you must practice, practice and practice to become a winner.
