I have often posted quotes and articles about the importance of teamwork and successful leadership. Some of my true heroes when it comes to leadership and success are Simon Sinek, John Maxwell, Thomas Gifford and Terry Small.
Thomas Gifford states, “A true leader is one who is humble enough to admit mistakes.” Not only admitting mistakes but also showing what they learned from each mistake.
When a leader shows how to be a teammate, it is most likely that his people will be team players. A great team leader is one who inspires, delegates and communicates clearly with integrity and honesty.
If an organization has such a team leader, it is highly likely that it is a most successful company.
Of course, it will be an enjoyable safe setting of people loving their work and be team players.
