Brain health is more important than our overall health than heart health. Skin health is only 1% whereas brain health is 51% more important. Roughly 90% feel maintaining brain health is important.
The ways of maintaining brain health are by keeping fit and learning more. Only 9% say taking a class can be a key way to support brain health, while 50% cite brain games. Some brain exercises, as part of a holistic approach, can help. Stay Sharp.
