Be the kind of person who, when you promise you will do something, stick to it. A promise is a bond of integrity between two people. Your word is your bond. Weigh the promise before you make the promise. Do not make a promise until you have weighed it all the way. A promise is not an easy thing to make. It must meet your values and your ability to perform it. You must ask yourself whether you want to and are able to do it. If you want to and can do it, cross it all the way. And do it immediately.
