When you become a leader, it is no longer what you can do. It is what you can inspire others to do. It is not what your employees can do for you. It is what you can do for your employees. Leadership is to inspire them, to support them, to teach them to do and be ther best. Maxwell says,“If you want to lead at the highest level, you must be willing to serve at the lowest.” Such humble but purposeful leadership is not only inspiring to those who work with you but also for those who observe and those who lead.
