J.C. Maxwell shared his thought on Teammates yesterday. He says that teammates are all about togetherness, sharing, learning, and team celebrates together. Maxwell admishes to make each day about serving someone. Add value to someone. Ben Franklin said, ”No one is useless in this world who lightens the burden of someone else.z’ Ghandi said, “Te best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Maxwell states five things he does everyday:
1. Value People.
2. Think of ways to add value to people.
3. Look for ways to add value to people.
4. Do things that add value to people.
5. I encourage others to add value to people.
