I am a firm believer in self-care. There are many ways to care for ourselves. One of my ways is to go for walks. Whenever I feel stressed, I take a walk, any time of the year.
In summer, spring and fall the green leaves are my healers. What always amazes me is how beautiful nature is and how well nature synchronizes.
Another way I do self-care is to meditate. I have a mantra I say several times a day. As well, I write these blogs. I feel inspired by social media, emails, books, Youtube and my own life.
I highly recommend finding your own ways to do self-care.
