I have been making it my practice daily to meditate Daily and have been following Simply Habit Where there are several experienced leaders who guide me through 5 minute practices of meditation.
Each practice helps me focus on my breathing, helping me be in the moment and being aware of each part of my body and being grateful for each part of my body and their function.
Today I loved the topic of being grateful for something, someone, and myself for my own attributes. I practice gratitude daily several times a day. I especially try to think of what I’m grateful for whenever I feel stressed or nervous, or worried.
I highly recommend doing a mindfulness meditation daily.
