This list was given by Lolly Daskal, another member on LinkedIn. I do agree with the list and would personally like to add that creating a relationship is extremely important when you are leading, teaching or coaching someone. To be able to communicate and really listen to what is not being said in words is an extremely important quality for all of us in leadership positions.
