This morning, on a Minute With Maxwell, he spoke about writing the “Greatest Story Ever Told.” He spoke about a book that was given to him with this title but it was blank. The woman who gave it to him had written a note to him on the very first page, saying that he was the only person who could fill these pages.
You are the only one who can write about your dreams, wishes, experiences and visions. Maxwell recommends that you become the person who writes your own story before you write other books.
I think we should encourage our children, students and protégés to write their story as a daily journal, starting as young as possible. It can start with pictures and then gradually with more and more words. A picture is worth a thousand words, so can you imagine the pride these children will feel when they are older to have written a book, a kind of biography.
