Confidence is the uplifting of feelings you have before you truly understand the situation. Great Leaders are confident in their people. A confident leader has confidence in their people. We think of charisma as a personality. Yes, you can. Not fearing to be wrong. You don’t know what you can do until you try. Confidence releases the risk.
The second skill is courage which is the willingness to let go of the familiar. Many great things have begun with a step of courage. A person steps out with one courageous decision! We have to step out and it may result in a great way. Fear in leadership is what gives you job security. Leaders are always uncertain. Be courageous! I don’t have to survive! We have fear and we have faith! You gotta feed your faith and you gotta starve your fear! Nelson Mandela said,”I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I’ve cherished the ideal in which all people live in harmony & have equal opportunities. It’s an ideal which I hope to live for and I hope realized. If needs be, its an ideal for which I am prepared to die for.” Courage is the door which can only be opened from the inside. Someone on the outside cannot open it for you. Only you can do it. And YOU CAN DO IT!
