Great leaders have teams who are on their team’s agenda. They place their agenda on the top of their agenda. They climb the hill beside them, right beside them which helps them be partners with their leaders. If you are ahead of your partners, you will not watch them grow, learn or be productive. Join hands with your partners and work as a team of successful group members. Like J. C. Maxwell says, one is too small of a number to achieve greatness. Whom do you join hands with? Partners have the same vision which they created together with their leaders.
