Maxwell’s word of the day is “Extraordinary.” He says extraordinary is ordinary with extra in front of it. When you put extra in ordinary all of a sudden you add value. It can only become extraordinary when you put effort with it. I believe Extraordinary effort is most rewarding and exhilarating. We need to expect extraordinary effort from our students and employees and not be satisfied with only ordinary, even for ourselves.
