I believe “Reflection” is a healthy way to live our life, especially at the end of each year. We need to look at the past year and reflect on all the positive and negative events of the year, things that went well and those that were not quite as positive as we had intended. Reflection turns experience into insight. Upon reflection it is a great opportunity to learn and grow and become more successful. This not only good for events but also for the people in your lives. Consider whether the people in your life are an asset or a deterrent. This way you’ll be off and running for the new year to begin. Happy New Year!
