Are you dependable? I mean, can others expect that what you promise you will provide? To me, the word “Dependable” means that we are reliable. However, many other words resonate with the word dependable such as, integrity, honest, transparent. I believe that as a leader, you have to be all of these or else you will not have followers, thus, you cannot be a leader. Maxwell says that the top leaders, coaches, speakers are dependable. We must set our bar high with the word “Dependable” because we cannot reach that level without having consistency in our life. As leaders, educators and parents, we must be dependable to those we serve.
