We must all learn to “Follow Through” on our goals and commitments. The analogy here is like golfing. All of my golf pros have told me that the best way to hit the golf ball is to “Follow Through” all the way after hitting the golf ball. It’s almost like you have taken a step onto the course, with your club pointing towards the spot it travelled to, your goal. People often start really well when beginning a new path, career, challenge, goal, you name it. The dirty little trick is that you’ve got to preserve! Often people do well for a week, a month, and then the excitement passes and voila, the dream is gone. There is a saying, “All is well that ends well.” Life requires us to finish in order to succeed. Are you perservering?
