ACTIVITY:
- Think of a time you made a mistake. E.g. forgetting a lunch date, homework, missing a deadline, breaking something.... How did you feel? What did you do, say, think, feel? Why do you think you were upset? Which of your principles did you not live by when you made that mistake? How could you prevent yourself from making the same mistake again? Do you need help with that goal? Think/Pair/Share. Then journal a goal and/or get yourself a coach to help remind each other of your goals.
